Bandeau Swimsuit – Which One Should You Wear?

Bandeaux is originally a French word that mean bands or strips. Bandeau is a shorter tube top but most people think about a thin strap the ties around the neck, giving a halter top look. For a bandeau swimsuit you will normally find the strap around the neck put sometimes you can find a true bandeau swimsuit which is just one thick band of cloth around the chest.
I have looked around and found some truly magnificent bandeau swimsuits and wanted to share them here with you. These suits offer great style, fashion and quality.
Full Tilt Bandeau Swimsuit-
This top come is small, medium or large and is offered in a wide range of colors including purple, neon green, aquamarine, black, yellow and more. It’s a thick band of cloth that has a ring in the middle that scrunches the fabric together. It ties in back with two thin strings or you can tie one in back and the other behind the neck.
Chadwicks Shape Benefits Convertible Bandeau Swimsuit-
This suit claims to be a bandeau but it’s fairly long and is more in between a bandeau and a tube top. This suit comes in 4 different colors including a tropical floral print that features different shades of pink with splashes of black, you can pick a black and white geometric style and then a solid brown or solid black. This swimsuit is convertible because it comes with removable, adjustable straps, make it a spaghetti strap, or a strapless, it’s up to you.
Merona Women’s One Piece Swimsuit with Bandeau Style Top-
This bandeau swimsuit is a one piece so it’s a little more modest then the two pieces that show off the midriff. It comes in small, medium, large and x-large. It’s made with 80% nylon spandex and is very comfortable. it comes with removable straps and has a built-in shelf bra for support.

This suit comes in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and size 16. I features a strapless top and a very colorful design. It’s multi-colored including red, black, green, white, yellow, browns and gray. The design is square like shapes that all seem to stretch and come together on the top of the right hip. This suit also comes with removable straps and will help you catch anyone’s eye on the beach.
Anne Cole Bandeau Swimsuit Bikini-
This is a very traditional bandeau suit since it is a thick strap to cover the chest and then comes with a bikini bottom. The main color is orange but has a thick white strip border. The top part also includes soft padded bra cups.
Jag Brown Striped Bandeau Swimsuit Top-
This suit is just the top and comes in small, medium or large. It’s a thick strap that is brown and white stripes and wraps around the body and then in the center has a brown band the scrunches the material together. From the center two brown strings come out and tie around the back. This suit comes with removable padded cups and is made of nylon and spandex.
Liz Claiborne Bandeau One Piece Suit-
This suit comes in size 10, 12, and 14. This is a really lovely suit that features a main black color with white polka dots. Then it has a strap of fabric that is white and black striped that wraps around the waist and twist at the front. This is a strapless suit that does not come with removable straps.
